The Keller Williams La Quinta Real Estate School courses are offered in association with the Chamberlin Real Estate School (CalBRE Sponsor S0082). Chamberlin School is the course sponsor and approved by the California Bureau of Real Estate to fulfill the education requirement to qualify for the salesperson examination.
California has no agreements with other States to waive its licensing requirements for someone already licensed in another state. But if you have a real estate salesperson’s or broker’s license in another state, you may have already completed some equivalent courses that fulfill your California Real Estate Licencing requirements.
If you do not pass the final exam on the first try, CalBRE allows you one re-take. You must wait 2½ weeks (18 calendar days) before you can re-take the exam. Be aware that the questions on the re-take exam will be completely different from the questions on the original final exam. If you fail the re-examination you must re-do the entire course and wait 18 calendar days before being allowed to take the final exam again. You can retake our 1 Day Live Prep Course for Free.
Yes. If you have already taken the three college level courses and only need to prepare for the state exam, we recommend our Live Prep Course. It will greatly increase your chances of passing the exam the first time!
No. You don’t have to join Keller Williams but we would like a chance to see if we are a good fit for each other.
Since I am out of state currently I will be unable to take the live prep course you are offering, is this prep course a requirement as part of the education?Keller Williams La Quinta Real Estate School2018-03-11T15:12:53-07:00
Our Online package and Group Study Package include the Live Prep Course and the online practice. Even though you may not able to take the live prep course, you will have an access to the online practice. You are not required to take the Live 1 Day Prep Course. However, it is highly recommended.
