Last year, KW leaders announced Keller Williams’ transition to a technology company with a $1 billion technology fund (that’s right, we already have the fund!), launching the Keller Cloud. With tools like KWConnect, and now Kelle (pronounced like “Kelly”) – Keller Williams’ artificial intelligence – KW agents have an increasingly powerful arsenal of tools to help run their businesses.
Kelle is one of the newest KW Technology tools offered to KW associates. Kelle is a powerful partner designed to enhance the agent experience. Kelle is designed to allow agents to run their business from a mobile device, find KW’s training content and best practices quickly, check their progress against their business goals, grow their own agent-to-agent referral network, add and nurture their contacts and create and manage a business schedule.
In its first iteration, Kelle responds to agents via text only, but later versions will include email and likely voice capabilities.
KW Labs – Technology Built For Agents, By Agents
Kelle is not a 3rd party product but a product of the KW’s innovation arm, KW Labs, which launched in October 2017. “Labs is a program where we invite our 160,000-plus agents to come build software with us,” explains Josh Team, chief innovation officer for Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI). “We ask them fundamental questions like, ‘what do you need to be successful?’ or ‘how can we double your revenue?’ Their answers go into Labs, where agents build products, they play with them, and then they tell our team how to improve.”
At Family Reunion 2018, KW Labs invited 368 agents from around the world to participate in their first ever Labs Live event series and collaborate with their team in order to help them identify new technology solutions they could build to provide value. They worked side-by-side with agents to masterminded over 100 ideas, design 20 prototypes, and ultimately decide on the 3 most popular ideas to potentially build. And then KW labs invited all the KW agents to cast their vote on their favorite idea.
This prototype was the WINNER at the 2018 Family Reunion Labs Live competition.
KWCommand was introduced last year. Built from agent insights, KWCommand is more than a replacement for the traditional CRM (Customer relationship management).
